I can't hear any audio. What should I do?

Try the following:
- Make sure the volume is set correctly.
- Make sure the audio is being output from the video source.
- Use earphones that conform to the CTIA standard.
Note: You may not be able to hear audio if you use earphones with a switch.
- Make sure the earphones are connected securely to the earphone jack of the intelligent controller or the audio jack on the Moverio smart glasses, which connects to the interface unit. .
Important: Volume may be muted or maximized only when earphones are connected to the intelligent controller.
Note: You cannot use the audio jack on the intelligent controller and the audio jack on the Moverio smart glasses at the same time.
