No image displays. What should I do?

  • Do the following:

    • Make sure the cables are connected properly.
    • Unplug the dedicated USB power supply or the USB Type-C cable supplying power, wait for 15 seconds, then reconnect.
    • Make sure the connected device supports video output by DisplayPort Alternate Mode (DP Alt mode) over a USB Type-C connection.
    • If you're using the USB Type-C connection, make sure you use a genuine USB-IF certified USB-C 3.1 cable.
