I can't hear any audio. What should I do?

    Try the following:

    • Make sure the earphones are connected securely to the audio jack.
    • Make sure the volume is set correctly.
    • Make sure the audio is being output from the video source.
    • Use earphones that conform to the CTIA standard.

      Note: You may not be able to hear audio if you use earphones with a switch
