The image and audio do not sync when I connect a Bluetooth audio device to the projector. What should I do?

• The latency issue is due to the Bluetooth audio codec.

  Note: Codec is a software algorithm which compresses the audio into manageable data packets for faster wireless transmission.

  For best results, we recommend connecting a Bluetooth audio device that uses Qualcomm aptX audio codec. Epson projectors use Qualcomm aptX audio codec which has less audio delay. See www.aptx.com/products for details on Bluetooth audio devices which incorporate aptX audio codec.
