There is no audio when my product is in standby mode or turned off. What should I do?

Make sure the A/V Output setting in the Signal I/O menu is enabled and the Standby Mode setting in the Operation menu is set to Communication On.
Note: Make sure your computer or video source is connected to the projector with both audio and video cables as necessary.
