The product won't go into sleep mode. What should I do?

• The projector enters sleep mode only if it does not receive a signal for the period of time specified in the Sleep Mode Timer setting. If a computer or device is connected and turned on, a signal is present and the projector will not go into sleep mode.

  Note: If the projector is being controlled by ESC/VP21 (ASCII) commands over a RS-232C or LAN connection and the RS-232C or LAN port is queried, the projector may not enter sleep mode.
