The product's light(s) indicate an error. What should I do?

The lights on the projector indicate the projector status and let you know when a problem occurs. Check the status and color of the lights and look for a solution in the table here.
Note: If the Indicators setting is Off in the projector's Operation menu, all indicators are off under normal projection conditions.

- Make sure the environmental temperature is not too hot
Off Flashing blue Off Orange Projector has overheated and turned off; leave it turned off to cool down for about five minutes. After the fan has stopped, do the following: - Make sure that the vents and air filter are not clogged with dust or obstructed by nearby objects
- Make sure the environmental temperature is not too hot
- Clean or replace the air filter
- If operating the projector at high altitude, turn on High Altitude Mode
- If the problem persists, unplug the projector and contact Epson for help
