I see a color cast over the projected image. What should I do?

• Try the following:

  • Make sure you are projecting onto a white wall. Projecting onto walls of other colors will impact the overall color cast of the projected image.

    Note: Use of a projector screen is recommended.

  • If you are using an HDMI connection, make sure the cable is securely connected to the projector and video source. If that does not help, try using a different cable.

  • If you are using an HDMI cable longer than 24 feet, try using a 6-foot cable. Connect the cable directly from the source device to the projector.

  • Try changing the color mode setting on the projector. See the table below for the Color Mode options.
