How do I remove marks from my MooreCo Whiteboard that were made by a permanent marker?

• In some instances, the marks may be removed by drawing over the area with a high-quality dry erase marker. Some marks, such as those that are several days old, may not be removable.

  Try the following:

  1. Draw over the entire permanent mark with a high-quality dry erase marker. Wait at least 5 seconds for the mark to dry completely.

     Note: If you do not wait for the mark to dry, it may smear.

  2. Wipe away both marks with a lint-free or microfiber cloth.
  3. If the permanent mark remains, repeat the previous steps several times while applying steady pressure with the cloth.

     Note: Do not use cleaners that contain paint remover or abrasives to clean the whiteboard.
