My product is connected to my computer with a USB and VGA cable. When I press the Source button to switch the view to my computer, nothing happens. What should I do?

• If the USB cable is connected to your computer, and the VGA cable is connected to the projector and the computer, then the USB connection takes priority and you will not be able to switch the source to view directly from the document camera. If you disconnect the USB cable, you can then toggle from the camera to the computer on the projector.
