How do I access a memory card or USB flash drive in my Epson product from Windows 10 S?

• If your product is connected to your computer with a USB connection, the drive is located in the This PC view. If your product is connected to your computer with a network connection, do the following:

  1. In the Windows search option, enter Network Computers and select View network computers and devices.
     
  2. Find your product's name and enter it in the address bar of the window.

     In the example below, the product name is EPSON0003A1.

     
     
     

     You should see a memorycard or usbstorage folder.

     Note: If you don't see your product, make sure you're connected to the same network as your product and that network discovery is enabled in Windows 10 S.

  3. Open the folder to access the memory card or USB flash drive.
