I changed an Output quality setting in a Windows Store app, but the change did not appear in my printout. What should I do?
-
This may happen if you change the Output quality and Paper type settings at the same time. Do the following:
Note: The following information does not apply to Windows 10 Mobile printing.
- Open the app's Print screen and select More settings.
- Select your Output quality setting and select OK.
- Open the app's Print screen again and select More settings.
- Select your Paper type setting and select OK.
- Select Print.
To check for a driver update that may fix this limitation, do the following:
- Go to the Epson Support page and search for your product.
- Select Downloads.
- Install either Epson Software Updater (if available for your product) or an updated driver. Do one of the following:
- Epson Software Updater: Select Utilities > Epson Software Updater. Follow the on-screen instructions.
- Latest Driver: Select Drivers > Drivers and Utilities Combo Package. Follow the on-screen instructions.
- Open the app's Print screen and select More settings.
