My Windows 8 system does not have a CD/DVD ROM drive. How do I install my product software?

• You can download the printer software from the Downloads tab for your product.
  1. Go to our main support page and select your product.
  2. Select Downloads.
  3. Download the Drivers and Utilities Combo Package software.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the software.
