My Windows 8 system does not install the compatible in-box driver (Print Class driver) for my product. What should I do?

• Do the following:
  1. Power on your printer and make sure it is connected to your Windows 8 computer.
  2. Power on your Windows 8 Computer.
  3. Click the Desktop icon/tile on your Windows 8 Start screen.
  4. Right-click the Start button and then click Control Panel.
     
  5. Click Hardware and Software.
  6. Click Devices and Printers.
  7. Click Add a Printer.
  8. If your printer does not appear on the Add Printer window, click The printer that I want isn't listed.
  9. Choose your connection type.
  10. Click Next and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

  In-box driver: Drivers included with Windows 8.
