My Epson product software is missing after I updated to Windows 8 operating system. What is wrong?

• The Windows 8 update process uninstalls the previously installed Epson product software. You will need to download the printer software from the Downloads tab for your product.
  1. Go to our main support page and select your product.
  2. Select Downloads.
  3. Download the Drivers and Utilities Combo Package software.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the software.
