California SB 1215 Covered Battery-Embedded Product List


California SB 1215 amends the Electronic Waste Recycling Act and adds covered battery-embedded products to the Covered Electronic Waste (CEW) Recycling Program. The Epson products listed below are considered "Covered Batery-Embedded Products" under SB 1215, and are subject to a battery recycling fee at the time of purchase. The type of embedded battery used in the product is listed below.
