Deleting Print Jobs from the Epson Queue

  1. Do one of the following:

    • Windows 11: Click Windows 11 start menu button, then search for Control Panel.
    • Windows 10: Right-click Windows 10 start icon.
    • Windows 8: Navigate to the Start screen, right-click the screen, and select All apps.
  2. Select Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Devices and Printers.
  3. Right-click your product name, select See what's printing, and select your product name again, if necessary.
  4. Right-click the stalled print job, click Cancel, and click Yes.
  1. Click Windows 7 start menu button and select Devices and Printers.
  2. Select your product name, then select See what's printing.
  3. Right-click the stalled print job, click Cancel, then click Yes.
  1. Click Windows vista start menu button and select Control Panel.
  2. Click Printer under Hardware and Sound.
  3. Select your product name, then right-click your product name and select Open.
  4. Right-click the stalled print job, click Cancel, and click Yes.
  1. Click Windows XP start menu button and select Printers and Faxes.
  2. Right-click your product name and select Open.
  3. Select the stalled print job, select Document, select Cancel, then click Yes.
  1. Select the Apple logo menu button menu > System Settings, then click Printers & Scanners.
  2. Double-click your product to open the print queue.
  3. Select the pending print job(s) in the list, then click Delete print job icon.
  1. Select the Apple logo menu button menu > System Preferences, then click Printers & Scanners.
  2. Double-click your product to open the print queue.
  3. Select the pending print job(s) in the list, then click Delete print job icon.
  1. Select the Apple logo menu button menu > System Preferences, then click either Print & Fax or Print & Scan.
  2. Double-click your product to open the print queue.
  3. Select the pending print job(s) in the list, then click Delete.
