Epson offers Epson Preferred Plus Protection Plans that will allow you to continue receiving Epson's high level of service and support after your normal warranty period has ended. With the purchase of this protection plan for your product, you'll continue to have access to Epson's high level of service and support, including access to our toll-free priority technical support line.
The Epson Preferred Plus Protection Plan provides the following benefits:
- Toll-free technical support
- Upgrades your standard limited warranty to next business day exchange
- Adds one (1) additional year of next business day exchange coverage with Epson's premium level of service and support
- If your product fails during the added one-year coverage period, Epson will exchange your product up to three (3) times. The exchange product will be a new or refurbished product of same or like kind
- Available for new or refurbished Epson products
- Can be combined with multiple extensions up to a maximum of five years, including the standard warranty period.
- Plan must be purchased within the standard limited warranty period, or within an active and registered extension period
- You must activate your registration within 30 days of purchase
- Available only in the United States (excluding U.S. Possessions) and Canada
