Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just sits here and does whatever i ask. I don't remember how long I have had this printer; years. Am in the middle of printing Family History Books, about 200 pages each, for children, grands and great grands. Changed the cartridges and just reinstalled to get around an error I made pausing the print, but the printer is a work horse. Love it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Printer, A Few Drawbacks This is a good printer on its way to being great. We went from an Epson WF-4640 (still have it, but it's going to die soon) to this one. The print quality is great and it seems reliable. Some of the drawbacks: first, it sucks up ink like crazy. Part of it is that it has small ink cartridges, much smaller than the previous unit, so we're changing them all the time. It's annoying and costly. It has two paper trays which I love since I usually keep white in one and blue in the other, so I would use the rear paper tray on the old one for checks, envelopes or legal paper. On this one, however, you can only load one piece of paper in the back so it's a ton less convenient. Also you're supposed to be able to put 11x17 in the paper tray but it doesn't fit so if I want to print on 11x17 I have to do it one sheet at a time from the rear tray, and if we want to print 13x19 same thing - one at a time. I don't mind not being able to put it in the lower trays but it would be nice to be able to stack even a few sheets or envelopes in the back. Speaking of envelopes, on the old printer you could print envelopes and it would nicely put the return address close to the top and left-hand edges. This one won't. It will print closer to the top but the closest you can get to the left-hand side of the envelope is an inch - which is very far in for return addresses. It does scan nicely and as I said, we like the print quality. It just seems that with Epson, every time they put out new printers with new features, they lose some of the great features of the older models.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Nightmare I bought the printer two years ago, it had an system error, and had to be replaced. This is a large unit, so I brought it in to a Warranty service center and it was replaced by Epson. I got the replacement home and the document feeder didn't work. I would have brought it back but because of the size I kept it with the broken document feeder. It stopped working completely, just days out of warranty. It sits in my Garage as pile of garbage with a stack of new unused printer cartridges, waiting for a bin to throw it out. The cost of repairing it is just under the cost of what they are selling them new. Unhappy Epson customer :-(

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I'm Addicted I never thought my first one would die, it really did not, just needed a wide base printer attributes. So, bought my wife and I Christmas. Set up was easy, I'm 74, and not often patient or understanding. The colors are so very vibrant, you would think I purchased an expensive laser printer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great versatile all-in-one printer I bought this printer to replace my older Workforce 3620. So far it has lived up to its specifications and my expectations. It is a reasonably fast printer for both color and monochrome print jobs, as well as a versatile scanner with good resolution on scan jobs. Just make sure to use it at least once per month, to prevent ink from drying on the print heads.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from wish I could get it to work after 2 days I have had the same machine for 2 years until it just would not print out anything in the quee . But I liked the features of the machine and went back with the same one but I have tied for 2 days to get it set up. It finally printed the test page but everything I try to print says "printing" then changes to Error printing. It looks like the machine does not ship with drivers for windows 10, how stupid is that today? I found an undate I thought would fix but no luck again. Don't know if to keep it or not. Why they would go backwards on abilities of a printer I cannot understand for the life of me. It's very large but I have learned to share my space with it so a little cooperation would be appreciated/ .

Rated 3 out of 5 by from A ton of trouble getting the drivers to install Marketing info claims this printer works on Windows 10. It took several days working with Epson support who could not get the drivers to install. They claimed my Windows O/S was at fault and referred me to Microsoft. After two days and many hours working with Microsoft Support finally they decided that I didn't have the most current version of Windows 10. After several hours of updating my Windows 10 to version 1703, the drivers finally installed to completion. I am now assuming the printer will work.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from So Far, So Good - 1 Month of Use This printer/scanner/copier is just what I needed for my construction field office. Prints fairly quickly, and the scanned images are fairly good, that ism, good enough for sending documents to my subcontractors and design professionals on our team.
