Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great projector, bright and vivid This is a review for the Epson EX5260 Wireless projector that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review. Bottom line, this is a great projector. Setup is easy and self-explanatory. If you really want to dive deep into the menus you can, but I did not find it necessary. I simply plugged it in and turned it on. Every thing look perfect. I love the Wi-Fi connection feature which allows me to connect my laptop, phone, or tablet wirelessly. It also has other connection options such as standard HDMI, USB, and others. I didn’t find much use for the USB connection method and found HDMI to be easiest. The image quality is great. This is one of the brightest projectors around, without paying thousands of dollars and lugging around a 20 pound unit. Colors are vivd and sharp. The onboard speaker is sufficient for presentations in small conference rooms, but not for large lecture halls or noisy locations. Size and weight is comparable to other projectors. You can certainly find a much smaller projector out there, but it wouldn’t compare to the EX5260. I highly recommend this projector to anyone who wants a reliable, quality projector, with superior image brightness and quality.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for all businesses “This is a review for the Epson EX5260 Wireless projector that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review." You may have to create a user ID for the eCommerce websites below before posting the review. Recently I had had the chance to review the Epson EX5260. I just had finished my meeting and I was so excited to start writing this review to let you know how easy it was to prepare and use the new Epson EX5260 Projector. It is pretty much self explanatory to set up. I did need a little help from my husband. But, I am not very good with electronics. After he had helped me out the rest was easy. I love this projector. It has great color and clarity. I had used my laptop to connect to the projector which was perfect for my powerpoint presentation for my meeting. It came with a Usb cable, remote control and a VGA cable to connect to a computer or laptop, a WiFi connector to connect into a USB slot and a carrying case. The projector ran perfectly during the entire hour and a half meeting. The speakers were clear and louder then some other projectors I have used. I was pretty amazed. This projector is made for business that are in an office, home or for on the go meetings. This projector is not only great for meeting and presentations but can also be used for training. You can use in dim or brightly lit areas. Especially the offices with all the big windows. No more trying to find a darker area. The Epson EX5260 has been the easiest projector yet that I have used and set up. You will not be disappointed in this for your business.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great projector; small size an big quality This is a review for the Epson EX5260 Wireless projector that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review. TL\DR: This is the best projector I have owned and replaced other items in my tool kit. This become a daily player in my work life, which requires presentations at client sites. The colors are bright and crisp. And really adds to the professional feel I always try to make. It might cost a little more, but well worth it. Video is crisp and rivals a 1080P large display. (Bottom display is my 55" 4k, top display is the projector). And it makes a fanatic 100 inch ‘monitor’ on the wall of a conference room. I wowed my boss and clients alone. As it easily fit into my laptop bag. Viewing angle: With the attached pictures, notice I took them directly in front of the display. This is because I can easily have the projector 30 degrees to the side! I don't have to find that perfect exactly center area when I go to a client. I just have to get it in the general direction, and the projector cleanly changes the angle. This makes it worth it by itself. The unboxing of this projector is the beginning of the pleasant experience. The device itself comes stored in a travel bag in the box, and the cords are easily to the side. It was easy to unbox, and I knew everything was snug in there. Build quality is excellent, and feels robust and professional. Setup was a breeze, but the CD that comes with it is a throwaway. Go to the Epson website and download the software, especially if you want to use the wireless feature. Wireless is the one downside to this projector. I was excited about it, but wireless is only almost built in. It requires (and comes in the box) a USB wireless dongle. Which sticks out of the back pretty far. It has this plastic thing to keep it secure, which requires a screwdriver. You can’t leave it in during travel periods, and it becomes just one more thing to deal with. The wireless works great for presentations, documents, and pictures. Don’t attempt video. It is not like a Chromecast, and video is too choppy. My toddler didn’t like it when I plugged a Roku in the HDMI port. She found the sound quality poor, and the fan was loud. Pictures of her as a baby, incredibly popular as the colors really pop. The fan is not too loud for business, or personal use. However, the heat is pretty strong coming off of it. It dispenses well, just remember to ventilate it. And, turn it on for a while out of the box. It is a manufacture smell. That goes away and is ready for use. Build quality: 10/10 Powerpoint, pictures, and charts: 10/10 Video from wireless: 2/10 Video from HDMI: 9/10 Sound from speaker: 5/10 Sound from external source: 10/10 Recommendation: BUY

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wow just wow This is a review for the Epson EX5260 Wireless projector that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review. I’ve been using projectors for years through my job and a non profit that I work for. However this is the first one I’ve owned personally. And let me say that I am super impressed! It is super light weight and was very easy to setup. If it took me 10 minutes to set up then that is a long time because it was easy! I love the carry case as it makes it easy to travel with from meeting to meeting. When on site it takes like then 3 minutes to get the projector out and running. Once running it projects a clear, crisp and bright picture, even in a well lit room. Pictures are sharp and the colors shine. Even playing video through it is awesome. The only thing I dislike about it is the little wireless adaptor that connects to the back then you hold it on place with a plastic bracket that you screw into place. The whole contraption sticks out the back like 3/4”. So I keep taking it off because I am afraid it will break. I would 100% recommend this projector to anyone. Very much so worth the cost to buy it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Epson's Miracle Projector The Epson EX5260 was incredibly simple to setup and begin watching the content that I love. An easy scan of QR code and I was connected to my wireless in what seemed like only a few seconds. Having owned numerous projectors in the past, I also love cord-cutting. The wireless functionality alone brings a smile to my face and makes it a breeze cast the content I want to showcase. My favorite part though is the quality of the picture. The bright and vivid colors, combined with the clear resolution, make the EX5260 a game change for me. In the past with other projectors, I have had to constantly adjust settings to make the content I am projecting easy to read and view. With the EX5260, I don’t have to do that. The picture and color quality is likely the best I have experienced. I also should mention the quality of construction and portability. Epson is obviously known for producing quality products, and this is exactly that. Its durable and compact. Combine with the carry case that’s included, its easy to move from place to place without worry. I highly recommend the Epson EX5260 to anyone looking for a top of the line projector. Rated 5 out of 5 by from New to Projectors Set up might have been easier with a manual dedicated for the model and I wish there was iProjection software for Linux (Ubuntu), but I am completely satisfied with the capabilities of this machine to project XGA (1024 x 768) mirrored video/audio (a conversion for 3.5mm to RCA not included) for presentation and demonstration of software use in a mixed Macintosh/Windows/Linux training environment. I went with the XGA model because I have an empty 4:3 wall space I was wanting to use. I was not looking for wireless capabilities but I was pleasantly surprised by them. I will use the VGA cable most of the time and reserve my LAN bandwidth for internet and fileshare access, but that is definitely a great feature for the road. I almost went with the model that does not come with the Wi-Fi module but I figured it was better to get the highest end XGA model available when the price difference was negligible.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Happy Camper with this Purchase I am so pleased with my Epson EX5260 Projector. The color is crisp while being projected 30 feet away. The wireless features and the remote control took it over the top in regard to convenience to the presenters. I highly recommend this equipment to other businesses.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Portable and well-suited for general presentation needs I purchased an Epson VS410 in 2011 on behalf of my employer. This projector is an obvious descendant of that little workhorse. Optically, it shares most of the same qualities (mostly positive) as the VS410. Epson has replaced electronically controlled keystone correction with a manual lever on the EX5260. The projector is small and light, throws a bright image on the screen, and connects easily to my MacBook Pro as well as my iDevices. The iOS app could be improved a bit, but overall it is a capable addition. The networking capabilities of the EX5260 are impressive, and allow it to be permanently mounted on a ceiling with full control of the projector. The firmware also allows group networking, with full moderation. I especially appreciate that, when used portably, the Epson can be shut down and packed away without waiting for a cooling fan to do its work. This makes it very convenient for presentations where the presenter has to arrive and depart "on the fly." Great addition to my toolkit!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful picture!!! The picture is beautiful. I bought this to be used as our family "T.V." This is the third Espon projector that we have owned. The sharpness and detail is amazing. Even in a well lit room, the clarity is great. The only negative is that we can not get the audio to allow our speaker bar to work.
