Why are the TurboTax and Quicken buttons grayed out when using the Export and Save option in Invoice/Receipt Manager?

  • Only documents in receipt format can be exported to TurboTax or Quicken when using Invoice/Receipt Manager. Before exporting a receipt, make sure it is marked correctly in Invoice/Receipt Manager by doing the following:

    1. Open Epson ScanSmart and select Invoices/Receipts.
    2. Click Edit and Review. You see a screen like this:
    3. Select the scanned document. If it is marked Invoice, click Receipt button in the Edit Menu.
    4. The scanned document is now in receipt format and can be exported. Select Mark Reviewed.
